What's included in the free trial?

You get 25 free messages to test all features including add-ons. No credit card required. After your trial messages are used, subscribe to the base plan and activate the add-ons you need.

Do I need the base plan to use add-ons?

Yes. Add-ons extend the base plan with specialized capabilities. The base plan includes your inbox, campaigns, credits, and team features — add-ons unlock advanced workflows.

Can I activate or cancel add-ons anytime?

Absolutely. Each add-on is a separate subscription. Activate when you need it, cancel when you don't. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can choose to either block sending or allow overages. Overage is charged at €0.10 per credit. You can also purchase credit packs anytime.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. However, credits purchased via top-up packs never expire.

What if I cancel an add-on but have existing data?

Your data is preserved. You can still view existing records (appointments, shifts, automations) — you just can't create new ones until you reactivate.

How are credits calculated?

Credits are destination-weighted to reflect carrier costs. One SMS segment costs 1 credit to the Nordics, UK, US, Canada, Spain, Portugal and Poland; 1.5 credits to France, Italy, Belgium and nearby markets; and 2 credits to Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and all other destinations. A message longer than 160 characters uses more than one segment. WhatsApp messages cost 2 credits each.
